This message may appear for various reasons and is a result of a unstable connection between your system and our servers.  This could be due to network traffic in your area or our sync servers being overloaded during peak hours.  Our best recommendation is to exit and reload the game to try and reestablish a new more reliable connection to our servers.

that didn't work. I haven't been able to play with friends for over 2 weeks now. I have the same problem as Min Soo Han, the same messages appear. 

hey i have a same problem with you guys. also to min hoo. it always unable to connect at this time. so i cannot play with my friends and my friend cant send me an invite to play with them.. and i ask my friends who play tetris...   if  im appear LIVE on thier  friends list .. they answer me NO im not online on thier list.. what happen. pls fix this problem or bugs in my game its annoying;.

We'd like to narrow down the possible root of this issue - which could be either specific to your Facebook account, or your connection to our servers. In order for us to figure out which of the two is the problem, we need your help to test the issue. If possible, please try the following:

1. If you have a friend that has a Tetris Battle account that does not experience your same issue, then ask your friend to log on to YOUR computer system/connection.  If the problem persists, then the issue is probably account specific.

2. Try accessing Tetris Battle from a different computer system using a different internet connection.  Try a friends house, workplace or school, or an internet cafe, for example.  If the problem persists while using another system on a different internet connection, then the issue is probably specific to your computer or internet connection.

Please let us know the results. Your feedback is important to us.

i think the problem is in the internet connection because when I connect a different internet connection from a wifi on the same computer the problem didn't persist unlike the first connection

@John, Are you also unable to play Battle 2p or Battle 6p? Could you check to see if you are able to play Sprint 4p or Marathon?

I Can pLay Sprint 4p and marathon but i cant play with my friends in any Game in Tetris battle.....

me either. i can't play tetris with my friends, i don't see their "live" status on tetris, and i can't play arena also marathon 4p with friends. gives me this message "without sync connection you can not play arena" and "unable to connect this time" something like that... i tried using a different facebook account it still won't allow me to do so. it could be my pc or internet connection. please reply. It would be appreciated. thank you.

i think the problem is in the internet provider. I can play with my friend at the office.

maybe some internet provider information can help you solve this problem
