The lag issue is still a problem even if the setting is on low quality view. I've lost a lot of energy points for the lag or freezing of the game. It sometimes happen when someone sends me a message on Facebook messenger, then the game stops responding even though I am in the game and I haven't clicked anywhere else on the page.

I am God of Tetris .. i have many issue of lag that may be caused of wrong place of tetrimino..

No, it's still a problem. I've done everything from reset my browser, using different ones, and the low quality button. I've even played on different computers. There is almost always lag. Sometimes I have to wait a few seconds just for a hard drop. That's sad.

reducing the graphics quality will also reduce the movement quality / smoothness of movement of tiles. apart from that no improvement. you offered to do a detailed research in another thread about this topic, but i'm not willing to provide my personal info in an open forum. all i can say is, that the game ran fluently some months ago. i suppose it's still about your servers, that can'T seem to handle 'rush hours'.

My first few days were quite bad, lag-wise, but I ended up replacing my router for an unrelated issue, and the lag seemed to stop. Now it's back, and worse than ever before. I wind up banging the space bar about 10 times before anything drops, and then I'm blasted with 4 blocks dropped at once. It's cost me 3 ranks now, and I play on the regular Tetris with friends site without these issues at the same time of day (right after I have a lag issue I check the other site), so it's not my internet or keyboard. Tried the low-quality just now, and spent my entire energy bar losing. I stopped playing the Sims Social because of lag, and I'm about ready to quite FB Tetris too.

mine only happens after 5 games even if i lose 4 and go to a new person it frezzes :( only 5 games then if i restart the game it works fine for 5 games

So tired of playing this game against BOTS and CHEATS. Too many of you are LOSERS and only win through cheating. There's NO WAY half of you are as fast as the game is going. Stupid idiots learn how to play the game freaken posers.

I have seen a guy called facebookuser (but I have been in a game with him with 4 or 5 others with that same name.)  

I have gone from 2 to 22 or ko as well.  But my main beef is morons that hit you when you are at 20 & they have never hit you before and thats when the guy with 5 kos and you really think you gonna get that ko.  When you are at lvl 18 and up...you really honestly think that!!!!

just played a game got 2 kos from the same thing I was just talking about.  I hit 2 guys with tetris & the rest of you guys hit him.

The MAJOR problem most are facing is the game lags there and that is when your tetris blocks were placed in the wrong position. I lost many rounds thanks to the lagging problem. =]

I've lost 2 days of unlimited play due to lag issues being so bad... I've changed to low quality visual settings, cleared cashe and cookies, tried on multiple browsers (Firefox / Chrome / IE) and 3 different computers all to no avail...

if I break 4 line ,  this game become aware 1 line .  so, i lost lank . prease correct this soft . 

It makes sense to lower the quality, it should lower lag issues. However, it didn't help me either. Any other suggestions??

In your options menu, are you using any non default settings? ie; Controls, Ghost Pieces, Bombs, etc.?

If you are using "Custom Controls", what new keys are bound to each functionality?  (Move Left/Right, Hard Drop, Soft Drop, Rotate Right/Left, Hold, and Pause)

Are you using any custom "Decor"? If so please state what custom decor is used. 

I haven't modified any of the default settings, tried the low rez suggestions. Sorry. The lag is still there.

This is the only Facebook game I play and it is very disappointing to drop level after level because my tetrinos won't drop or they are "mysteriously" moved way across the screen. If these are cheats by the opponent, then it's pretty lame.

i think the core issue here is not the game quality its facebook and a bunch of ads in the ride side of FB...this game is still slow, bloated and buggy for me so I hope you guys can come up with a fix.

When you got flash-based ads running and if it doesn't load correctly, it interferes with the game and hangs it. I would like many of my energy points refunded! :P

It did it again! I confirm it hangs every time your Rockyou.com flash ad loads on the game page, then it hangs the game after 5 energy points are used. Please get rid of the Rockyou ad. Thanks!

I have turned down the quality, and still the game lags up a storm. It is frustrating and annoying when I get so close to winning, only to lose after a few seconds are left, simply because the blocks decide to drop somewhere that I did not tell them to. I love Tetris Battle, and it has kept me entertained for many an hour, but if the frustration continues, I worry that I may need to quit, if only for the health of my poor keyboard, who, I am sure, is going to need a doctor after all of the pounding I have inflicted on its space bar.

I have begun to believe that we are not playing against live people. For one thing, if we were, wouldn't we be unable to pause the game? Another reason I believe this is because my internet once shut itself off, but the person I was against did not stop. They kept playing, as did I. They would be unable to do this if they were an actual person. Are you guys taking the pictures and stats of people and say that we're going against them? If so, then it may not be the game itself actually lagging, but a bug in the programming of our opponent. Its possible that the same coding that allows them to send... ahem how many?... oh yes fifteen lines at once, are causing the game to freeze up or the blocks to move on their own. If you guys have checked all the problems that have been attributed to lags, and you see that they are up to par, then I recommend that you check the opponent coding, as well.

adjust visual quality has no difference, I still lag out, 9-10 times its the most crucial point of play so i then just forfeit since theres no way of gaining it back. 

Your so called fix does not work. I'm done playing until it's fixed. tired of losing all the time. I sure as hell wont spend real money on it the way it is.  let me know when it's fixed. maybe I'll play again. If I dont find something better first.

why does my ''Hard Drop''  doesnt working ??? :(

I am getting screen freeze every five games or so, the energy gets taken but no game I have lost about 20+ games because of this, have tried all the 'hints' and so called corrections but still happening it's starting to really annoy me and it seems as though I am not the only one this happening to please sort this out otherwise by the looks of things you are going to lose a lot of subscribers.

Damn!!  I tried the fixer (clicking on the eye thing) and it didn't work.  Still there is Lag!!  Very frustrating.  And what of these cheats and bots?  I was wondering if we were playing against real people or not.  I think we are sometimes,  but sometimes not.  There are quite a few times where I will get a window popping up that says something about resuming game play in 30 seconds...and I am paused from playing, but the other player keeps playing.  And, how can I pause a live game that someone else is playing with me, then come back, unpause and take up from where we left off?  Maybe there is some computer geek doing some thesis project on the psychology  of technology and human nature and we are all part of the "experiment"?  Whatever!!  I'm getting close to not playing any more because I'm getting really frustrated.  And why would I want to use my own money to buy energy for this game if I'm just going to lose it due to the lag issues.  As if, Cher....

Richard Huang bot, lags a lot, probably he´s using a cheat like slowing time on the plugin...

i am a legit god of tetris. and the lag probably has alot to do with the internet connection you have. because here at home, i lag a hell of alot but i still manage to win. but it is very challenging. and for some reason here at home safari lags less than google chrome. but in a computer shop there is zero lag. so stop blaming tetris and get a faster internet connection. all games lag with slow internet. remember that.

You do know there is a better place to play Tetris. Everything you're asking for and everything you're not asking for is there. Like for example,  ranked matches where you only play with people in your level. Or things like hacking and cheating rarely ever happens if not any. Also, things such as Tetris designs and tunes; there you can buy them using the coins you get by playing and they don't ever expire. Best of all, all the incoming piece windows are unlocked so now you know what pieces are coming next!

Is the lag that your experiencing, is is immediate when you load our game application. (First Game), or does it gradually get "Laggy" over time? If it is over time, how long does it take for the "Lag" to be noticeable? 

Currently, I can play one game fine, then half way through the second game it starts lagging badly. Keep having to forfeit. :(

Performance today 03312012 1809 hours is absolutely abysmal. I've updated everything, latest flash, rebooted, etc., and when my keyboard works at all, there's at least a tenth of a second delay... there have been games where I'm experiencing one and two second delays.

Today's the worst lag issue I ever had.

My movement is extremely slow that I have to forfeit the game.

It is super terrible.  Please fix it.

It's not only cheaters but most of all you are playing against a computer, the more you lose the more chances Tetris has that you will spend money on armor or speed or whatever. 

And yes sometimes you are way ahead and then suddenly your key speed slows down and suddenly you are behind. 

But the more you lose the better for Tetris of course. I still doubt that it's only cheaters, I believe Tetris is behind the whole issue, the only thing for this game is making money and heaps of it. So that they can get rich in a lazy chair and drive their ferrari

I had lag but my opponent not. Lost a lot point.

The user "會長久" is cheating.

He was like about the same level as me (20~40 line per game).

After he lost first time to me, he suddenly went to 79 line in next  game.

I do click new anti-lag button, but I still have lag A LOT LAG! And sometimes it´s only me there have the lag. Not my opponent. And now I had an auto-play. The game just start to play before I click "Start". Loosing point + energy on that.

Does the lag that you are experiencing happen from the very first game? Or does it take a few games before the lag happens? Also does this happen only in a specific game mode or all of them?
