Stuck at Facebook Connection Completed?

We have pinpointed an issue that has caused users to be stuck at this screen. And have a temporary solution to the problem.  

Steps

1. Right click on Tetris Battle Screen. 

2. Select the "Settings..." option.

3. If the Never ask again box is checked, un-check it. 

4. Change Allowed Storage to 10kb. (Or higher but all our game client needs currently is 10kb.) 

5. Click on the "Close" button and reload Tetris Battle.

This should remedy most issues that were caused from the latest update 2 days ago.  We thank you for your patience and cooperation while we try to make your Tetris experience better.

Requirements:

If you are affected by the "LIVE" bug where you do not see your friends as "LIVE" status when they actually are online. 

 

Objective:

Many tests to pinpoint exactly where the problem is coming from. A bit tech savvy will help, however we do have instructions which are very user friendly. 

 

Compensation:

Tetris Cash!

 

We only need a few users with this issue so please post here if you are interested and we will take the first few players that respond.

"LIVE" Status not Showing? "Recommended Opponents" List Blank?

If any of these apply to you:
 
  • If you are "Unable to Play Friends"
  • Cannot see the "LIVE" status above your icon in the "Friend Leaderboard" (Test on Battle2P)
  • Unable to see the "Recommend Opponents" List (Battle2P)
  • Unable to invite or see invites from friends even with no "LIVE" status seen.

Allow it to complete its tests, then copy your report and paste it here.

Improvements to Key Lag Issues

We're very glad to inform you we just made an update that may address the control issues many of you were reporting. If you click the button in the upper right corner of the game, it will set the visual settings to "low quality" and turn off the KO vibration.  This should improve your lag issues significantly.  Please let us know if this improves your Tetris Battle experience, your feedback is important to us!
